Woodbridge Apartments of Bloomington, IN is a multifamily apartment community located near one of the largest, if not the largest universities in the state of Indiana. Bloomington is a very eco-conscious community, with many of it’s residents biking to work or school.

It is extremely diverse, with both an urban appeal while offering it’s residents several parks, lakes, and beautiful scenery. Bloomington is known as the “Gateway into scenic southern Indiana”, with large rolling hills, and heavily wooded areas. According to the most recent census, the median age of Bloomington, IN is 24 years old.

The community itself caters both to a student demographic-however a serious student, predominately grad-students, as well as working professionals. With the recent decision to undergo this renovation at the community, the brand expects to see additional working professionals become more attracted to the community. As of currently, they have a mix of some white-collar industry workers, grad students, Indiana University employees, and blue-collar industry workers.

The project will undergo an exterior renovation, as well as interior renovation with the potential of upgraded amenities. When strategizing this project, we emphasised on the vibe that would feel like a modern-coffee house and lodge, which would be attractive to the diverse demographics in the Bloomington, IN area.
