To compete with the established monster brands in the property search space, Majestic needed a property agency brand and a property listings website that would elevate their positioning in the landscape. Rather than solely listing their properties on property search engines, Majestic wanted to have their own listing that they can manage on their website.
We created a stunning website that not only looks beautiful but also has a powerful property listings engines in the backend. With a neat and uncluttered look, the website features listings index, a powerful listings search system and beautiful property detail pages.
We created a powerful real estate listings engine with complete integration with Google maps. The listings can be viewed in a grid or by clicking on icons on the map. When each property listing is hovered, its corresponding icon on the map is activated in a different colour.
The propoerty listing detail page is clean and uncluttered and presents the information about the property in an intiuitive manner. Editing the properties is quite easy with the powerful backend interface we had created.
Each property details page has a dedicated contact form that users can then submit their inquiry through. Each form can be sent to a different person or department in the company.
