We try our best to create the right design concepts for your company. Our refund policy is simple:
For projects under $4,500, we charge full amount upfront.
If, when you see the initial design concepts, you are not happy with them, you can tell us why you do not like the concepts, cancel the project and we will refund the amount MINUS a service and administrative fee of 50% of package fees towards the time and effort we have put into the project.
For projects over $4,500, we charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% and further instalments of 25% each attached to milestones. For such projects, each instalment paid is non-refundable.
Refund does not apply to rush order fees or if you request for a redraw or revisions or final files.
If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given if you cancel the project at any stage after that.
You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase. If a project has been abandoned for more than 20 days, then no refunds are available. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
